Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time

Option 1: All orders are processed within [ 2 - 8 business days with USPS 1st Class shipping ].
Option 2: All orders are processed within [ 2 - 4 business days with USPS Priority Mail shipping ]
Option 3: Only Premium orders ( Diamond package has free shipping 2 - 4 business days )
NOTE: NO Priority Mail Express offered at this time
Shipping occurs only during business days.
In the case of high volume of orders or out of stock items to avoid delays, we will make it known at the time of the package selection.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
APO/FPO/DPO mail will be delivered to military personnel across the globe as long as the military service member has an assigned ZIP code
Po boxes Zip code required.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Tracking numbers will be provided to customer's email address in our system as soon as they become available to us by USPS. [ depending on package selected i.e Ruby or Golden.]
Diamond packages always will provide tracking information.
Information about status of the order is provided automatically on the order page under the STOLVE user portal.
Customs, duties, and taxes
STOLVE CO LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
STOLVE CO LLC is not liable for any products damaged
or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the
shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all
packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. If the order is not fulfilled properly or damaged not shipping related, please follow our RETURN policy.

International Shipping Policy
STOLVE CO LLC does NOT ship overseas at the moment. No orders coming from overseas will be processed at this time. This is subject to change however, in the near future.
