Thank you for your Stolve purchase. We hope you are happy with your beautiful letter. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may qualify for an exchange. please see below for more information on our return policy.
No returns or refunds are accepted. Exceptions apply
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at the customer service email listed below with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment. Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us only if item is defective or damaged upon delivery.
Please allow at least fourteen (7 - 10) days from the receipt of your item to process your refund. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
Regular exchanges will be processed within 3 - 5 business days after item is sent back.
Refunds or exchanges are applicable if item is damaged upon delivery. The envelopes sold by Solve.com are personalized by the customer's own requirements.
